By far, our most popular exterior choice is a new, engineered product called Smart Panel. Smart Panel is a compressed OSB product that is engineered to provide great protection to your home while giving you the durability and look you want. Smart Panel can be painted any color of your choice and will only need re-painting every seven to ten years. The product also comes with a 50-year warranty.
We also offer a Hardi cement fiberboard siding. This product is the pinnacle of durability. Made directly from cement, this product can also be painted any color and provides protection to your home from all of the elements. Also with a 50-year warranty, Hardi siding gives you the peace of mind you require when choosing the best options for your house.
All of our homes also have the option of stucco siding. We can give an option credit for no siding and then stucco your house once it is set on the foundation.
In addition, you have the option of vinyl siding, cedar siding, and a half log style siding or board and bat with an accent to give you that custom look.
